Ruchika leads investments at RiseAI Ventures since 2016 and is responsible for investment decisions, portfolio management and monitoring. She has over 17 years’ experience in wealth advisory, investment banking, private equity and business strategy. In her earlier roles, she has worked with venture capital fund Bedrock Ventures and investment banking firms Cipher Capital and Meghraj Capital. Ruchika also serves as an independent director on the board of a listed company Globus Spirits Ltd.

Ruchika is a commerce graduate from SRCC (Delhi University) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MDI, Gurgaon.
